  The recently inaugurated Gallery of Royal Collections is located next to the Campo del Moro gardens, the Almudena Cathedral, and the Royal Palace. Designed by architects Luis Mansilla and Emilio Tuñón, this complex has been awarded prestigious architectural prizes and offers unparalleled views of the Casa de Campo and the city of Madrid. The museum houses an excellent selection of artworks that showcase the richness and diversity of the collections preserved by the National Heritage, a testament to the Spanish Monarchy's prominent role as collectors and patrons over time.
  
  Inside, the focus is on the 650 pieces that make up the museum's impressive exhibition, featuring a selection of paintings, sculptures, tapestries, furniture, and various decorative arts. Among the exhibited works are pieces by renowned artists such as Velázquez, Caravaggio, Goya, Titian, Bosch, Luisa Roldán, and El Greco. Additionally, a visit to the Gallery of Royal Collections allows visitors to learn about the construction of monuments like the Monastery of El Escorial and the Palace of La Granja through videos, models, and various educational resources, as well as the conservation and research work carried out by National Heritage.
