Flight ran late but it was good everything was fine until I received my luggage and my brand new piece of hard case luggage was completely cracked. It cost around $140 and I just got it so that was very disappointing.
Very punctual. Took off on time and arrived earlier than scheduled
The plain was late to the gate but otherwise the flight was very smooth and calm and it was comfortable for such a cheap flight
The first leg of the flight (Wizz) was terrible the seats don't lean back and there isn't enough leg room. The flight is about 5.5 hours long the company should at least offer the passengers a glass of water. The back fkight with Pegasus was very good.
Terrible experience with check in and getting boarding passes online (airline has problems with different browsers apparently: we were so made to understand after calling on a paying line as toll free number not available).

Disappointed with the lack of information and clarity regarding the need to check in and print boarding pass day before/ 3hrs prior to flight or pay a HUGE airport check in and boarding pass print fee of 45euros!! This is 1/3 of actual flight fee. Takes a published affordable flight to the same fee as upscale airlines like KLM BA...etc
When I get my luggage I notice it has been opened but at first instance all was ok until I needed my sunglasses. a pair of Costas Jose $250.00 was stolen from my luggage.
The check in system at MXP for Wizz Air is abominable and inexcusable. If you don’t get your boarding pass online you have to pay 35 euro at the airport. Absolutely no clear warning or notification was given to me beforehand. Check in counter is located very far from main check in area. I had to walk across entire departure area to get there. Then was told I had to walk all the way back across terminal to pay for boarding pass. Then waited in an incredibly slow-moving line for over 29 minutes. Then had to walk back across terminal again to bring paper to Wozz Air check in and get boarding pass. Then had to walk across entire terminal a fourth time to go to security check and gates. Ridiculous and insulting to make a customer do all that. There is no excuse for it whatsoever on every level.
