The extras that I paid for and got confirmation turned out to cancelled without informing me and I had to pay again for the for the same extras. Example seat selection food selection. The food that I ordered (veg meal) was changed to non veg meal without informing me. Fortunately I noticed before the flight and got it amended. Seats that were confirmed were just switched without informing me and I had to pay again for the same seats.

Online check-in should be earlier than 48 hours. Another airline I know allows up to 10 days advance check-in. All about convenience. Seat selection at $7 per pax is way off. Very few passengers would want to pay for that "luxury".

I haven't flied to honolulu!!!! because you haven't even book ticket for me from scoot air although you have charged me the ticket fare my whole anniversary has been ruined!!!!!also i have applied compensation for my hotel lost there is no reply from you at all your service is awful unbelievable and i will tell everyone i know and broadcaster media about this unfortunate.
