The kady at the gate taking our biarding passes was rude! No help at all yelling at us in a language we did not understand There was nor order to how you boarded the plan causing caos! And it took twice as long to board because people who sat in the back put their bags in the front and then people who sat in the front had to put their bags in the back could not get off that plan fast enough

The service was very bad. We had a delay of 5 minutes. We arrived at the gate at 6:40 and they did not let us gather. They did not even try to do anything. I told them more than once. ? They did not even try to check and help and talked to us in a very bad way
