Provide soft drinks to all classes or at least water. Provide earplugs to be able to listen to the entertainment system. I use Bluetooth earplugs so I could not watch anything on the entertainment system as there was no availability of earplugs.

This was the worst experience of our 3 week vacation. Our airline was absolutely awful with tons of hidden fees. Our tickets cost $30 total for 2 travelers but we paid $300 for our luggage. This was super hidden and only online even though I had to print out 3 sheets of info for the flight. We flew Thai Lion Air so beware.
