I travel quite a bit for work and thought I could save my company some money with XL since it was my first time. No TSA pre-check which is one of the most important facets about my airline experience. This was probably the most unfavorable experience I've ever had with an airline. It's 2019 and there is no early check-in or even a kiosk with XL. I understand it's a discounted airline so perhaps there are some stipulations when it comes to these features but it should be noted to customers before they buy the ticket. The seats are quite small and the amenities are limited which wasn't a problem for me but I think it's important to prepare customers with these features. My primary suggestion: Let your customers know what they're getting into (no TSA pre-check no early check-in no kiosk etc.)
Guys I will never fly and buy ticket with you because I never see that. I couldn’t fly I had stomach virus I lost the money and... it was terrible
