1. No ease of online check-in. 2. No in-flight entertainment options. 3. XL Cloud is beyond horrible and paid mostly and even then it is slower and less user-friendly than a 1992 Windows PC (in case they claim that they do have entertainment). 4. Headphones are given free but both ways the headphones did not work or worked horribly with unclear sound. 5. Seats do not recline - happened both ways informed attendant but attendants often take 15-20 minutes to come to the seat even after pressing service button during a non-meal time.

we are extremely disappointed. this flight was cancelled and our tickets got refunded with out our wish regardless our endless tries to solve the problem. eventually we were forced to buy new tickets for much higher price waiting for you to contact us for compastion for all our lost money for the new flight ticket and extra night in hotel we had to book last minute.
