Asiana great service once you start the flight and are at the Airport horrible service for everything Pre-flight. Had some crazy things happen and had to change some flights not helpful at all where other airlines readily helped us. Not sure if it was due to active duty orders and the other airlines were American carriers but Asiana was difficult at best.

It was not possible to do the check in by internet neither by self check in at the airport machines. It was embarrassing and unpleasant to wait in the long file to do the check. We bought the flight by air Asian but the flight was operated by Air Seoul and When we arrived at the counter to do the check in the staff from Air Seoul was not so friendly. Besides this after we getting in the flight everything was ok.

이건 내가 태어나서 사본 비행기 표 중에 최악이였다. 무슨 티켓을 팔면서 거지 같이 코드 쉐어라는 것도 말 안하고 팔아 넘긴건 첫 번째요 환불을 하려 해도 빌어먹게 전화를 받지 않아서 환불 조차 안된다. 뭐 이딴 사이트가 있는지, 영국에 사는 사람이 아니라면 절대로 이 회사에서 티켓 사지 마세요 내가 환불하려고 저 개 같은 회사에 전화 건 돈만 3만원이네
