the airplane was good and the seats were o.k. Our flight attendant was horrible. . she spilled tea on my son . his jeans became wet . i asked her to find a way to tey to dry them . she answered me very rude . my son sat in his underware during the whole flight and had to go to the a/p also in his inderware until we got our bags . she didnt even care or tried to help.!!!

I didn't make it to the plane and I payed extra insurance for cancellation but I was unable to get any refund. My return tickets were two weeks ahead and I couldn't cancel them and get at least some money back? That is ridiculous! For two weeks it is definitely possible to resell those tickets even for more money that I payed in advance! I am very disappointed!!!
