The guy wandering around the gate before the flight trying to intimidate people into paying for their cabin bags to go under the aircraft was absolutely unnecessary. Not even Ryan Air was that heavy handed about it. I get that he thinks he is creating revenue but he is in fact making people wonder if they want to fly SmartWings - that was another side of the issue. Czech Air did not run the flight as such, but its subsidiary SmartWings ran it.
Don’t check-in for us if you can’t do it in time
Check in line was an hour and a half long with only 10 people in front of us. Once we got to the front we had to go to a different station to pay the check the bags (outrageously expensive) and then bring the receipt BACK to the check in line. Most airlines don’t take anything BUT cards. On the flight we went to purchase food but wouldn’t take our card because it was from America....? Terrible experience. Will never fly CSA again. Avoid avoid avoid even if cheaper
отвратительный сервис перед посадкой в Праге!потребовали вынуть лишние вещи из ручной клади для помещения чемодана в рамку(чемодан по всем параметрам проходит)после чего сдали его в багаж и сняли с меня около $52.00.Также требовали доплаты за запечатанную покупку из магазина DUTY FREE!!!Очень грубый персонал с похим владением английсксм языком!
If someone’s buying the cheapest flight, it doesn’t mean they get the worst service. This was the first time I buy from an agency and not the airlines and it’s going to be the last. I called the agency more than 10 times asking them to find for me a solution cause my country has a revolution and the roads to the airport Are closed , i wanted to postpone or cancel none of them was applicable. In addition they didnt know what to do, they tell me to check with the airlines and the airlines Told me that it’s the agency’s issue. Thanks for giving me the worst service and experience.
