The service on the aircraft was fine the food was good and the people were nice. I was in economy so I didn't have extremely high expectations. However I was very happy when they were exceeded by air crew! That said we did have an extra stop that was not shown on my ticket... I was not a fan of the process used by Chinese customs where even though we were just transferring through the airport we had to completely go through immigration and customs where they processed fingerprints and facial recognition. Then they made us do the same thing again on the way out of the airport after the second stopover. I was treated fairly and respectfully throughout and the process. Overall great value I you don't need a faster more direct flight!

The airline needs to work on contingency plans for flight deviations due to dangerous weather conditions. A three hour flight turned into an 9 hour flight. Airline attendants were great and kept a smile on their faces during the ordeal.
