Check-in is very slow. JetSmart has limited counters and if there is a hiccup with a passenger’s reservation it slows everyone down. When they say they embark at 9:05 they mean 9:05. It was almost an hour before flight time. After going through ticket check we waited in a line for the arrival of the incoming flight. They do turn the planes very quickly. The flight itself was good. Baggage arrived promptly at our destination.

Flight was changed by 14 hours which made us wait over night in Airport for 6 hours. Was more than annoying. We were exhausted the following day due to NO sleep. Original flight was the following day in the afternoon, rather than 4:40 AM.
