Somehow the airline managed to lose our stroller. We were able to keep the stroller until we boarded the aircraft via bus service to the stairs. I watched the stroller being loaded onto the aircraft. How it was lost is beyond me. It is absolutely unacceptable to lose a stroller worth 600 euro. Their attitude was very non-shalant about everything. Awful experience. Now we are on vacation with no stroller for a 2 year old baby and have not heard anything from the airline regarding the lost stroller which we reported to KLM who handles Transavia baggage in AMS. File reference for missing stroller with KLM is AMSKL95532. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
