We did not make it in flight. They would not let us in even when they were still boarding. Since we werent there before boarding theybrefused us and said they had already sold our tickets away. The gate agent was very rude about it also. Worst experience ever. We live in honolulu and always loved n travel with hawaiian airlines but after this experience we will definitely not ever come back to them. Their services have beed poorly as of late hearing from other people also but since we loved them we still went with them but now I know why and how other people had bad experiences with them.
