Your service is awful. We were originally forced to rebook the flight reservation due to a cancellation. After choosing a second flight and receiving a confirmation we traveled from NY to Athens airport. When we got to the check in desk we were told by a less than helpful agent that our second flight had been cancelled. She asked us “the airline didn’t contact you?” At this point we chose to travel with an entirely different airline. We will never use your service again. And I will go out of my way to discourage anyone I know from ever using your services. Waste of time. Waste of money. Poorly run.
