Jetstar Japan since check-in was no unfriendly looks like they were very tired. If so go home. A/c engine was also very noisy Stange sound. I paid to seat upfront but when I came the overhead baggage compartment was already full I had to place my hand carry bad in the middle of a/c why they offer an upfront seat as chargeable if we do not even able to get off first? On the other hand HK Express service was amazing a/c very quiet even seating in row 35. Everything was perfect! Next time I will fly only HK express no more GK flights.

my flight from KUL to OSAKA got cancelled hence I could not make the connecting Jetstar from OSAKA to Chitose and when contacted Jetstar said my flight terms could not be cancelled or changed and that was it my ticket payment got burned.
