The fly was delayed about 2 and half hours.
Watch out for VivaColombia / VivaAir - you pays fines for: not printing boarding pass (which I did not realize). and handluggage over 6 kgs (which I did not realize either). Was pretty annoyed.
Is a cheap ticket but at the end with all the charges it’s most expensive that the cheapest ticket. Also they separate your seats so you have to paid extra $50 for each seat. Ridiculous. I’ll never fligh this airline again
We took about seven flights prior to this one in Colombia all with the same carry-on bags. This was the only airline that charged us for our bags and it was very expensive. This was also the only airline that charged us for boarding passes. Had I known that we would save money by checking in online beforehand I would have done that but international travelers often do not have access to printers to print out said boarding passes. So essentially it feels like the whole experiences targets international travelers to milk them for extra unexpected fees. I have taken over 200 flights in my lifetime and this was the first and only one that charged me for a boarding pass. Due to this expense along with the unfair high-priced carry-on bag fee I will absolutely never fly with your airline ever again. Ever. For any reason.
I accidentally booked my flight from Miami --> Medellin instead of Medellin --> Miami and the airline would not let me change my flight even though this was MONTHS before leaving. They said I had to pay for a new ticket and charged me an $88 change fee even though I ended up going with a different airline to get the new ticket. Awful experience with VivaColombia.

I consider VIVAAIR an authentic ravage company...How is possible this is the ONLY company in the world that has a smaller dimention raters on the carryng inboard bags??? They defintely LOST a custoemr and I will do my best to let all people NEVER to fly with Vivaair
