Batanes is very beautiful and fully worth the trip! Flight is a small plane, you pay extra for and food or beverages, luggage etc.

Cebgo used a smaller turboprop plane (ATR 72) and denied approved carry on size baggage as carry on. They declared our carry-on sized baggage as checked baggage and charged P1000 ($20 USD). Other airlines allow carry-on baggage that may not for in smaller cabin storage to be taken to the plane stored in checked baggage and given to the passengers while exiting the plane. The seats were thin jump seat style with no reclining ability. On the plus side the plane engines were much quieter than other turboprop planes I have experienced.
