The Vietnamese counter staff were very nice and helpful with my overweight baggage issue up to a point. The Nok air website hpowever is VERY difficult to use and di not allow me to pre-buy baggage allowance so I was charged an exorbitant amount - almost $200 - more than the cost of my ticket. And the actual Nok Air staff in Vietnam was very agressive and rude. And became even more so when i challenged him and told him he was rude - no apology no let me help you solve your problem just in my face demeaning comments and rufeness. I will NEVER fly this airline again.

Very easy to book on your system unlike many others. A last minute booking to get a flight but did not pick seats. Was surprised to end up in premium seating somehow from Phuket to Bangkok on NOK Air.
