This was a great price with good service. Of course the ticket did not include food but the leg from Copenhagen had free movies and usual good legroom in a modern plane. Be prepared for the wait at Copenhagen and pack sandwiches:). Bring a bottle for water refilling. The good news too at Copenhagen is transit passengers don't need to go through luggage security checks again.

The plane promised internet connection which I was really relying on in order to do course work on the plane but neither way ended up having it. Considering my courses are entirely online and it's a 7-8 hour flight there and back you can imagine that this kind of put a setback on my trip. However I realize that the tickets for round-trip were incredibly in my price range and I can't really complain all too much.

This was the worst experience I ever had. Your website did not allow me to mobile check in early. They were having system issues and by the time they were ready it was 40 minutes prior to boarding and they said you need to have a boarding pass 45 minutes prior to boarding in order for them to print it and get through security. They mentioned we would then need to buy a new flight the next day or go with another airline. I am looking for a full refund as I needed to purchase a new flight while at the airport as they would not work with me. This is a system issue on their part.

I could not find any way to cancel or change the destinations of my flight. Your website is a joke. I did not travel. I could not alter this flight at all. People's plan changes i was not asking for refund just change of destinations but your website has no help.
