I paid an extra luggage with the ticket and I had to pay for the hand luggage because the airline employee at the reception found my hand luggage very big: it is the same hand luggage that I have been using for years and especially from Italy to Albania!!! I was ripped off 45 Euros!!! It is unacceptable !
Unbelievable experience at check in. Due to lack of middle name in the booking, charged 300 Euros for the inclusion of the middle name. Travel a lot and have never ever heard about as stupid thing.
Awful experience as soon as we entered the airport. Kid at counter turned away every passanger for not having middle names on boarding pass even though there was no place to add it when buying tickets or checking in. After about 15 or so a supervisor put a stop to that but the ones he turned away paid hefty fines. Mine was over $280. Also during check in online no place to add luggage so another large at gate charge. This survey said to file a complaint click here however here went to an error page so can't complain either. Traveled all over Europe for 25 days this was the only airline we had any of these issues. Will not use them again. Very disappointed traveler.
Worst airlines that we have ever traveled on. The planes were old. Our flight was delayed 5 hours because of maintenance problems. Our planes exit doors would not open as they had bolted an extra seat in front of them Incredibily dangerous as if we had to exit in an emergency no one could have gotten out through the exit doors. This is a criminal offense and unbelieveable they are getting away with this. They even tried to make us pay an additional fee each because our middle names were not on the original ticket purchase when there was no place to put our middle names on the booking. It took them 3 hours to check passengers in for this small plane as they were trying to charge everyone for an incredible amount on made up fees. People were fighting an arguing with the reps and the reps were terribly rude to people. I would never fly with Panorama airlines or any of there several companies. Worst experience for us in over forty years of flying around the world. Terrible experience.
Absolutely HORRIFIC experience. I have traveled a lot and this is by far the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. The fact that I had to pay 50€ for my middle name to be reprinted on my boarding pass is ludacris. I always write my middle name when asked and I cannot believe that I would have opted to not fill it out online while buying my ticket. I want an explanation. And more importantly my friends and I will absolutely never be using blue panorama ever again for our worldly travels. EVER. They also broke the metal on my suitcase with a knife of some sort! I would like to talk to someone about this.
