All our flights were delayed one for four hours causing us to miss our connecting flight which we still had to pay for. We also had to pay additionally for checked baggage at all four legs of the flights. The check-in was a nightmare sometimes having to go five or six different counters or kiosks when we thought we'd already checked in online. Finally the airplanes were cramp and had no leg room--definitely not recommended for anyone over 180 cm.
