Quick check-in and on time.
Spring Air was a pleasant surprise very nice for a low cost airline. Cambodia Angkor Air was good.
Cheap ticket on a budget airline.
One flight left on time other flight left late. Seats did not recline.
Not a budget price but I was subjected to about half an hour of someone from cabin staff advertising the airline's products. very irritating..... limited legroom not comfortable... felt very much like a budget airline but I didnt; feel 3000 plus return was a budget price
Baggage fees not clearly explained led to tremendous additional fees. Not withstanding the fees the counter only accepts local currency in cash. The amount of Baht I was asked to pay to fly exceeded 23 000!!! This is absolutely ludicrous for one thing but also impossible to comply. ATMs in the terminal only allow for 20 000 max and no sane traveler would leave the country they are vacationing in with that amount of local currency. When asked for a cancellation due to these extreme cercumstances told only a small fraction of flight fees could be refunded. Terrible service no credit cards accepted and wildly excessive fees charged!!
Spring Airlines is infamous for it's cheap rates and terrible service. I got what I paid for (and it was cheap) but the seats that don't recline and constant jostling from flight attendants walking past me on the aisles was a constant reminder of why I usually avoid Spring. Also the flight duration was an hour longer than what was stated on the itinerary.
Dear Sir/Mdm I m get a shock when I bought the ticket to Shanghai charge my Visa card in US dollars actually I think is in S’pore dollars cause me to expensive.
