I booked direct flights from Buenos Aires to Miami to and from. Both flights had problems. My departure was chaotic. A lot of people could not fly even after having their online check in done because the airline had a union problem and put people that hadn't been able to fly earlier in my flight. I was lucky enough to board only because i did have my web boarding pass but a lot of people couldn't and this delayed everything. It was really unrespectful. My return to Buenos Aires was also a lack of respect. They delayed 2.40hs the departure saying it has to do with "climatic issues" when they later informed they knew this months ago. A total disaster and lack of respect or customer care. I arrived VERY late to my job and got that day discounted from my paycheck. I even requested a certificate or paper from the airline indicated they had a delay but they did not give it to me
