The tourism sector is always looking for new ways to open up the market and appeal to different types of travellers. That is why many hotel chains have launched a new service specifically designed for female travellers.
Now women can enjoy staying in hotel rooms designed just for them!
While more and more women are obliged to travel for business reasons, hotels are under increasing pressure to appeal to these travellers.
So what can women expect to find in “women only rooms”?
Girly magazines, cereal bars and yogurts in the minibar, lip balm, make-up remover and a nail file. Of course, these are just a few examples and many of the rooms offer a lot more exciting treats.
If you book into an NH Hotel you can take advantage of their “Woman Style” rooms which are decorated for woman and have lots of little gifts that all you female readers will just love.
Another example is the Hotel Artemisia in Berlin which is a small building with only 12 bedrooms, each one is designed specifically for female travellers.
Many hotels have a floor which is dedicated for female travellers so men are not totally excluded from the hotel, but the female floor is usually only accessed by guests with the special pass.
